Storm Damage

On Sunday evening a powerful line of thunderstorms raced across Middle Tennessee causing widespread damage. At the church, a tree on east side of the sanctuary was blown over. Fortunately, it fell away from the church an onto Greenwood Street. It took out a utility pole. By Monday morning, the city had removed the branches and pushed the trunk back onto the church property. They cleared the street and replaced the utility pole.

The storm also caused some minor roof damage. We are thankful that it wasn’t worse.
